Amanda Boyd is a personal trainer and entrepreneur. 

Jumping into her fitness career in 2007 she had the opportunity to open and develop multiple fitness franchise locations as well as begin her personal training company. Amanda is certified in a variety of specialties which include; Fitness nutrition, strength and Conditioning, exercise rehab and USA Cycling. over the years her clientele has grown to bring a variety of fitness goals. 

From senior olympics to high school track Amanda has had the opportunity to work beside a multitude of age groups and develop her skills as an endurance coach. she has also worked in adaptive fitness and post rehab programming which are niche areas that continue to grow. Amanda will admit that her main passion is towards the transformation stories; whether it be weight loss or just personal achievement. over the past 6 years she has developed online tools to help motivate those who would rather train at home or take workouts on the go, which has expanded her outreach across the Us.
 Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Professional Chef & Counsellor. Given his combined skill set, Ben provides a ton of value to his clients.
